  • Counselling sessions conducted via Zoom
  • AI-assisted notetaking and psychological assessments via NovoPsych
  • Website interactions hosted by GoDaddy, including contact forms and online enquiries

Information may also be collected directly from you during consultations or when you contact us by phone, email, or online messaging.

 

Data Management

We are committed to safeguarding your data. Your personal information is securely stored and managed using the following platforms:  

  • Halaxy: Stores client profiles, intake forms, case notes, and payment details. Halaxy complies with Australian health data security standards.
  • Zoom: Used for online counselling sessions. We use secure, encrypted Zoom links to ensure confidentiality.
  • NovoPsych: Used for psychological assessments and AI-assisted note-taking. Data is stored securely and used only for therapeutic purposes.
  • GoDaddy: Hosts our website. Any data submitted through website forms is transmitted via secure connections.

All data is protected through encryption, secure logins, password protections, and access controls. Only authorised personnel can access your information. 


Disclosure 

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:  

  • With your explicit, informed consent
  • To referring healthcare providers or other allied professionals (if required and authorised)
  • If legally required, such as under a subpoena, warrant, or if there is a serious risk to your life or safety, or that of others
  • To our professional advisors (e.g. legal or data security consultants), as needed
